• Chat data: messages you send and AI responses, stored per session
• Device data: device names, platform types, and online/offline status
• Usage data: number of AI calls, plan type, last login time
• IoT data: sensor readings and events from connected devices
• Uploaded files: files you upload for AI analysis (not stored permanently)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the JARVIS AI platform
• To process your messages through NVIDIA AI APIs
• To maintain your chat history and session data
• To manage your account, plan, and usage limits
• To send important service notifications

4. Third-Party Services

Your messages are processed by NVIDIA AI APIs (integrate.api.nvidia.com). By using JARVIS, you agree that your messages may be sent to NVIDIA for processing. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Image editing uses FLUX.1 Kontext (Black Forest Labs via NVIDIA API).

5. Data Retention

• Chat sessions are stored until you delete them or close your account
• Uploaded files are processed in memory and not stored permanently
• Account data is retained until you request deletion

6. Your Rights

• Access your data via your dashboard at any time
• Delete your chat sessions from your account settings
• Request full account deletion by emailing us
• Export your data upon request

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and JWT authentication. Your data is stored on secured servers. However, no system is 100% secure — use JARVIS at your own discretion.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of JARVIS after changes means you accept the updated policy.
