By creating an account or using JARVIS at jarvice.digital, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

JARVIS is an AI-powered platform providing chat, PC control, IoT management, company automation, and code assistance tools. The service is provided by Zain.dev, Baghdad, Iraq.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use JARVIS to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Circumvent usage limits or plan restrictions
• Use automated bots to abuse the API beyond your plan limits

4. Plans & Billing

• Free plan: Limited AI calls per day, basic features
• Pro plan: Higher limits, advanced features
• Enterprise plan: Unlimited calls, all features, priority support

Plans and pricing may change with notice. No refunds for partial periods.

5. AI Limitations

JARVIS uses third-party AI models (NVIDIA APIs). AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on JARVIS for medical, legal, or financial decisions. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI output.

6. Availability

We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

JARVIS platform code, design, and branding are owned by Zain.dev. Content you create using JARVIS remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

JARVIS is provided "as is" without warranties. Zain.dev is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including data loss, service interruption, or AI-generated content.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Disputes shall be resolved in Baghdad, Iraq.
